I have 4 stick of 8gb Corsair vengeance LPX 3000mhz with CL16 ram install on my MSI B450M PRO VDH MAX motherboard with 2200g.

When i use 2 ram stick i can trun on xmp profile 1 with 2800mhz and profile 2 with 2933 mhz and even further with overclock to 3200mhz.

but when i put 4 x 8gb same stick i cant cross 2800mhz max. if i overclock it give 3 bip code and revert back to default 2133mhz.

Why that is happening?

Configuration
Cpu : RYZEN 2200G (overclock upto 3.8ghz with Antec Pro 40 cooler)

Motherboard : MSI B450M PRO VDH MAX.(With bios updated)

RAM : CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 8GB x 4 (CMK8GX4M1D3000C16)

SSD : WD 240GB M.2

HDD : SEAGATE 7200RMP 1TB

PSU : CORSAIR CX500

4 sticks will often run at a slower speed, than 2. If you want 32gb, a 2x16 gb kit is the way to go.

This, course, is in regards to a dual channel system.

A quad channel setup, like threadripper, 4x8gb is the way to go, if your goal is 32gb.
i understand and thats why i am returning 2 stick and decide to stay on 16gb. which i think enough.
But is there any issue with MoBo by any chance!!!
