I suddenly can\'t use top-right movement in any game in windows 7!!

I am not being able to move top-right direction in any game (fifa, nfsmw, etc). This problem just suddenly occurred. I remapped the controls to different keys, but the problem still exists. I have a PS/2 standard keyboard driver - I checked the driver, it says already updated. Please help!

Have you swapped keyboards to see if that helps?

I'm on a laptop, so switching keyboards will be extremely inefficient... i noticed another problem that the drivers arent actually getting updated. the current driver date says 2005... and when i check, windows says its updated also.

This is not a driver issue. This really sounds like a hardware issue. That is why folks recommended changing keyboards. Go ahead and connect a standard USB keyboard and see if the system behavior changes,

I got my keyboard replaced. Its working fine now. The problem did seem to be in the hardware itself, and not the driver. Thanks!
