Question I System turning off itself.

Hello guys I need help.
Yesterday I tried to over clock my q6600 with tape but ghz does not change so I removed the tape and now whenever I tried to open my pc after few seconds it just power off. On first two tries I can log on to window but know it just turn off on Windows logo. Guys plz help

Restore the CPU back its original state + check no pins are bent and all are clean!

Yes it is restored and all pins are fine.......

when i turn on my pc first time in a day it ran for 3 min and at second it ran for 1 min and this time reduces after every try.
