You can never be sure about anything in life.

The S.M.A.R.T. data checks for errors which HDD manufacturers have found from experience most frequently indicate the onset of a HDD failure. So if S.M.A.R.T. shows no unusual errors, then there's a very low probability that the drive is at fault. But not a zero probability.

Hey there, Yusuf!

I'd try to test the drives using Data LifeGuard Diagnostics tool as Solandri suggested.

Do you play games using the WD Green or you are using another drive for this? I'd not recommend using the Greens for gaming, because of their spin down and intellipower features. They are specifically designed for backups and secondary storage solutions.
The game freeze might as well be the Green drive trying to catch up with the speed.
We have specific drives for performance & gaming and those are the WD Blacks:

If you do hear noises from the drive you can check this link to see if the noise normal for the HDD: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=I3mQTn
You should also keep in mind that if the sound is abnormal, that indicates that there might be a physical damage, so I'd suggest to backup the data from the drives somewhere else just to be sure.

Keep me posted & Good luck!
