I think I broke my motherboard

So I built my computer and when I tried to turn it on it would go on then die a second later and if I wanted to turn it on again I would have to turn off the psu and turn it back so I took apart my computer to see if anything was wrong and I see scratch marks near a standoff screw hole do you think this could be the reason why it's not turning on?

Perhaps not seated properly are you sure you mounted it correctly?
