I think I damaged my SSD

I didn't know I had to use Quick Format to format a SSD and did a full format, now when I play videogames it freezes randomly for about 2~6 seconds. Is there any way to fix this?

Already tried Quick Format again 2 times.
Chkdsk like 10 times.

I have not, but I dont think thats the problem because I didnt do it before and never had that freezing problem until I full formatted the SSD

Turn AHCI on.

Then reboot.

when you say quick format...are you saying you let microsoft os do it or the ssd software. if it was microsoft ssd then your drive may be out of alinement. with ssd you dont format them and or defrag them..you use the disk tools to erase them and do disk clean up. back your data up then do a secure erase and see if the error is gone.
