This error has occurred since I have had this computer. But it's getting a lot worse. I even sent it to my local computer shop and the guys there couldn't find the issue. I've had issues with it rebooting on me at random times, when I sent my PC to the shop they said they stress tested the CPU and it worked fine. They did how ever put a bigger cooling system on it since the fan I previously had was to small. But after I got it back it continued to do the same thing. So I sent it back to them and they did more tests and said it was working fine. I also don't know if they were full of shit or not but they have fixed other PC issues fine so I assume they're not. Anyway I looked in the event logs and found some errors for my Processor still. So if anyone could enlighten me what might be the problem I would appreciate it deeply. Thanks!

My PC:
AMD FX 8350
8GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 650
550W PSU

The errors you have listed are due to improper voltage regulation on the mobo. This can be caused by several items:
1) PSU - the power going to your components are inconsistent (bad PSU or hardware failure on PSU).
2) MOBO - the motherboard may have problems with voltage regulation

Most of the time it is related to the PSU.

Windows 8.1, so assuming if it's my PSU I just need to replace it? If it's that problem you listed with my motherboard do I need to replace it or could I fix it in the bios?

It rebooted again and gave me some different errors.
