Question i think i have to reinstall windows 10

My pc turned off and then i switched it back on and a error showed up “0xc0000001”so i asked a pc guy about it and he said that my windows file has been corrupted so I have to reinstall windows and make it format
I have the usb but don't know how to make it format or reinstall windows 10
please help me with this.
