I think i may have gotten infected with a virus

WIndows 7 will not boot up.I installed Knoppix on a usb drive.It boots up and works,but,
Thought it had Ubuntu, it does not. So i have to make a separate usb with Ubuntu on it to try and clean Windows and boot it up then?

Have you tried booting up with safe mode? Might be able to bypass having to use a dual boot.

Safe mode does nothing
