So u just bought some stuff for my new DIY pc, and i saw this power supply on sale: Cooler Master B500, 500W PSU, so for the purpose of being able to spend more on other stuff i bought it along with my CPU and optical drive... the problem is that i want to buy a ASUS GeForce GTX 770 2GB PhysX CUDA, and the equivalent card from MSI and Gigabyte both has a minimum of 600W so now im afraid i made a rushed dissision and made a mistake

That's a very low quality power supply so as well as not being powerful enough in the first place I'd still recommend something better even if it was!

Can you return it and get something better? Even the EVGA 600B would be a big step up and they sometimes go as low as $29.99 with special offers/rebates

Never ever cut your budget on a power supply. Low quality power supplies can kill your other components.

If that power supply was 80Plus Gold, it probably could handle that system anyway. But that power supply drops the 12V to 11.4V when it's under 400W load according to this review, so, I'm afraid you're going to have to replace that power supply. I wouldn't trust it with anything other than a low end GPU.
