Hey, I need help deciding which pc part to upgrade.

My computer specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80GHz (Socket 775 LGA)
Mobo: G41MT-S2PT (Graphic interface: PCI-Express)
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4830
RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3 (1333mhz i think)
HDD: Hitachi 250GB 8mb Cache 7200 RPM (yes i am fine with 250GB)
adding this if it helps: http://postimg.org/image/rn19m293f

I'm pretty sure upgrading my GPU would be the best for my gaming pc.
I use my pc for gaming mostly, and with the new games that coming out i can see that i'm far from running them on low graphics with decent fps.
High/ULTRA graphics are not that important to me, i prefer playing with smooth fps (60+) and low graphics. I also prefer playing at 1920x1080.

The games i currently play are: dota2(45-50 fps 1920x1080), cs:go(40-58 fps 1280x720) both games on the lowest graphic settings.
So if it is a new GPU, what should I buy (that is compatible with my motherboard)?
Iv'e been looking into GeForce GTX 660. seems quite good. Is it compatible? (and i heard it is big, how do i know if it fits in size?)

My budget is around 140-210$

Thank you guys!

I think you'd be better served with a processor (CPU Support List) and RAM upgrade. If you could find an Intel Core2Quad Q9x50 processor and double your RAM to 8GB, you should be good to go. Your graphics card may not be the youngest at the ball, but she can still dance.

Whatever you upgrade, you're going to have a bottleneck.
A GTX 660 would be compatible yes, but 2GB RAM isn't going to get you anywhere, that's barely enough for Windows alone.
You would have to look up the dimensions of it and then look at the maximum graphics card length on your case's specs, or measure the space yourself.

So you are saying that upgrading the CPU+RAM is better than upgrading the GPU? (fps-wise)
