[SOLVED] I think my current hdd is infected, how do I just install or transfer windows to a SSD

I'm always having issues with my current hard drive: I get at least 70 svhosts in task manager, I get terrible performance, and if I leave my pc unattended for more than 20 mins, it completely freezes - so my system is generally slow, esp when not rebooted. I have malwarebytes installed but it didnt detect anything, I also use kaspersky anti-virus. It is a old drive so maybe it doesn't have a virus and all shits going loose. Anyone's help would greatly be appreciated.
