I think my fans are too good

I'm using a I5 6600k and GTX 1060, and when I'm playing GTA V I get like 20 FPS on the lowest settings while I have friends who use like a GTX 970 get like 90 FPS, please help??

Okay, I have an idea. Is the cable to your monitor plugged into your motherboard or your GPU? If it's plugged into the motherboard, plug it into the GPU and see if that fixes it.

You have a graphics card. The GTX 1060.

Is the monitor plugged into the GTX 1060.....OR......is it plugged into the motherboard.

You want it plugged into the 1060.

On the back of your case, you have your graphics card, and you have your motherboard. The motherboard is mounted vertically. The GPU is mounted horizontally. Are the cables going to your monitors plugged into the vertical part or the horizontal part? If so, unplug them from the vertical part and plug them into the horizontal part.
