I think my gpu is crashing my system - Help please

Hi guys,

Every once in a while my computer screen will flash on and off with a lot of colored lines running horizontally. The computer crashes then restarts. On the blue crash screen it says "Video-TDR-Failure". I don't know what that means, but all my drivers are up to date from Geforce Experience. I'm a new builder so i'm not sure what to do. I tried reinstalling the current Nvidia drivers but it's still happening.

Any advice would be appreciated.

MB - Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7
Memory- G-Skill 32g Trident Z RGB 3600mhz
SSD - 2X M.2 Samsung
GPU - Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080 Ti Extreme

OS - Win 10

This crash happens roughly a couple times a week, otherwise everything works great. I'm using 3 monitors and can multi-task, stream, etc. with no issues except for this occasional crash.
