I think my graphic card is dead. Opinions?

So i was chilling at my PC when the power gone down.
When it came back i tryed starting my pc but the monitor was killed.
But my problem is that my graphics card is not working too. It's an GTX 1060 6GB from GIGABYTE.
My PC starts, no beeps, no nothing but the Card won't even give signal to my TV, it says no signal. When i try with the integrated graphics it work. The pc recognize the Graphics card, Speecy does, the LED's are working and the fans can be controller with GIGABYTE gaming engine.
So can be there any way that the monitor killed that HDMI port through that cable? The cable is working too btw

Yes, it is theoretically possible that your graphic card is killed. Assuming your TV have a working pc-input.

Before calling your card dead, try it in another computer if you can. The number of times people have cards that aren't detected, yet the card is fine, and often the fix is as simple as clearing the CMOS.
