Question i think my gtx 1050 ti doesnt perform how it should

i was playing ark with my friends when i noticed that my gpu is the whole time on 100% on lowest graphic settings.
Is that normal or is my gpu broken?

Where did you see this? Task manager? Task manager doesn't properly report GPU utilization in certain circumstances.

Please provide more details. Was the game running properly? Ark what? What resolution were you playing at? What frame rate? What are your other system specs? (CPU, RAM, PSU)
