I think my hardware is faulty, is it my motherboard?

About two months ago my computer started to crash randomly, coupled with a decrease in performance (in games mostly) and random freezing which pressing a random key would solve.
After the crashes I usually check the event viewer and I've found errors Id 41 and Id 6008 to be the most common.
I think my hardware might be faulty but if thats the case i'd like to know what is at fault, I've tested my rams and hard drive and they are healthy. My PSU and GPU are quite new, and my mobo and cpu are at least 3 years old

My specs:
Motherboard -- MSI 970A-G46 (MS-7693)
CPU ------------ AMD FX - 4100
GPU ------------ NVIDIA GeForce 1060 6GB
RAM ------------ 16 GB DDR3 1866 MHz

And their temperatures are:
Motherbard: 28°C
CPU: 49°C
GPU: 38°C

(Pay no mind to the bottleneck hehe)

Thanks in advance
