I think my new EVGA 430w just "exploded", can someone tell me what to do?

Hello everyone, today my new components arrived, so I installed the psu and started using, nothing too heavy. And all of a sudden I heard a medium noise and a considerable amount of smoke, I immediately removed the energy cable of the wall. Now I don't know what to do, could my other components be compromised as well? Is there a chance for my PSU?

I used the Pc for about 1 hour (not straight, had to restart a lot)

The psu itself does not look any different from before, but the cable I connected does look bad. (Photos below)

as you can see, the insulation(?) opened and the cable went out.

in this one, you can see a rupture, there is tons of those in the cable.

Edit: just found out that this is written
in the cable "10a 250v", does that mean the cable is just 250 watts? Maybe that's the issue? Can I turn my PC on? I'm really lost right now guys

that's actually 2500 watts. 250v x 10a = 2500w. you can try another power cord as they are pretty much interchangeable. if the psu is damaged then it likely won't power on. but damage to the pc itself is always a possibility if it surged bad enough
