Hey guys, so recently I got home from school wanting to play some games on my pc and it won't boot up, the fan is going way faster than usual and the screen is black at 480p, I think i may have shocked the pc and I gave it esd, please help
ESD isn't like an STD you can cure, it's a gunshot to the head.
You'll have to list your full detailed comprehensive list of all your computers components not leaving anything out or giving short answers or brand names "it's an intel" ect.
At first glance, problems like this are most your PSU is dying/dead, or your motherboard is fried and that's why the fan that's directly connected to the PSU is still spinning.
