I think my power supply is dying..

Hello i just recently upgraded my PC but i kept the old power supply its 550w. I was playing a game called Rust which has quite high requirements and ofcourse i played it on max graphics and my computer just crashed and reboot. Heres my components.

Processor: AMD FX 8320 with noctua NH-d15 cooling (i don't think its the issue)
Ram: 8gb
Graphics card: Gtx 980 TI
Motherboard: MSI 970 GAMING (MS-7693)
Also windows 10.

My cousin said that you might need to upgrade your powersupply fast as possible so what do you guys think?
