Describe crash? Crash to desktop? Unexpected shutdown/restart?

I really cannot find any information on that PSU. While 650w should be way more than needed, quality is up in the air with an unknown brand.
my screen goes blank and then after a few seconds it goes into a reboot! no explination on screen like a command error i dont see anything in the bios to support as to why im crashing and ive made sure that there is no problems with my windows or drivers etc!!
