I think this is a CPU problem?

The last few days I have been having some REALLY annoying problems with my computer. For some reason when Im surfing the internet and say I have sound playing in the background whether it be music, or on team speak talking with friends the sound will start getting all glitchy and robotic (No not like my internet is bad robotic laggy), my mouse will kinda glitch around, and webpages will load slowly. Seems like games have been running fairly ok? Im only having this issue when opn the internet tho. I mean like ALL sounds get glitchy, youtube, spotify, twitch, all of it. Any ideas what the issue is? is my CPU going bad? I just got it a year ago, I cant imagine it is.

run hdtune check your health of your hard drive. windows stalling can be a drive issue or a virus. run malware bytes and hitman pro see if your pc is clean. make sure you have only one anti virus installed and it up to date.

Ran HDTune no errors. I did have a virus on my computer the other day which I guess is around when it started, but I did get it removed and got Bit defender Antivirus and I got another virus off aswell. So I dont think I still have any viruses.

Update as well, now games are looking VERY badly aswell. My FPS counter says its at 60, but the game is hitting like random "mini freezes" I guess you could call them, for like a split second the game will freeze. but it will only do that when Im moving around with wasd or Moving my mouse around. If I just stand still it looks perfectly fine and its running at 60fps. This is so odd
