Question I this a potential motherboard failure?

I was playing a Game of League when my desktop froze, and turned off. I tried to start it again but it would provide no output to my monitor, fans full blast, then shut down. I've spent a few days trying to fix it. I've replaced the PSU, used a different CPU, used different RAM, taken out the GPU, disconnected the hard drive, disconnected the disk drive, replaced the CMOS battery, and I still get the same issue. No output, fans full blast, then powers down again. Any advice?
