I thought my system was above average for a while.. Am I wrong? Is something wrong?

With the latest releases of video games releasing recently I am getting far worse fps than what I thought I should be getting.

Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
CPU: AMD FX-8320 OC 4.00 ghz
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz
GPU: Radeon RX 480 4gb
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Storage: 60 GB Samsung SSD (OS is on this)
1TB Western Digital Blue
PSU: Corsair - Builder 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Games And Fps:

BF5 ~60 FPS on low (Lag spikes bring me to 15 FPS every 5-10 minutes or so)
Fortnite ~80 FPS (High Textures and View Distance, everything else is low)
Fallout 76 ~ 70 FPS Medium-High

These are some of the examples.

I also stream every now and then and the performance for all games become even worse which makes sense.
(the numbers above are from when I am not streaming)

Is this the performance I should be getting out of this build?
Is there a component I should look to upgrade soon?

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Your CPU is dated tech and is holding back overall performance. There is no AM3+ upgrade worth spending money on. To improve, you'll need a new motherboard, CPU, and memory.
