I too have a TEAN TN2 94V-0 motherboard that I need help indentifying. Can someone please help?

Putting together a system from spare parts I've accumulated over time. Ran into this board a friend gave me but it has no identifying marks except TEAN the 94v-0 the bios is Phoenix Bios and it's running a Pentium 4 processor. Don't know anything about sockets as I'm fairly new to this. All the help I can get would be greatly appreciated.
