[SOLVED] I took out my ram while pc was on and bought new ram and PC won't boot no display

I took out my ram while my pc was plugged in and I didn't notice and It wouldn't work after I tried everything I took the cmos out and tried different slots I have 4 and bought new ram and PC is doing the same thing it will turn on my mouse and keyboard will light up and all the fans will run right but my computer screen won't display it's a brand new not even 2 weeks old power supply and ram anyone have an idea

Get the wallet out and prepare to purchase a new motherboard (at the very least). And then don't repeat your mistake.
Should I just purchase the same motherboard like I did ram the ram is literally a couple hours old and the power supply so

I was told it was the ram that's why I bought the same ones but new and the PC will run (no display) for about ainute or 2 then like reset and keep repeating so idk

It doesn't matter one whit how old any of those components are. When you removed the RAM while under power it's likely that there was an arc, or other transient. Whether that arc caused any damage is anyone's guess at this point.
It's been 2 weeks since it happened and I took it apart and put it back together and did the cmos and cleaned it and it does the same thing with new ram so should I just buy the same motherboard or take it to a near specialist
