I tried formatting windows 8 and messed up

I tried formatting windows 8 and booting from the disc I did a custom install and formatted the drive now it says boot from windows and reinstall but I can't because windows gets stuck in a repair loop is my hard drive broken is there any
Way to fix it?

Hello... You have to delete all Partitions first, "clean install" go to Youtube for videos "Window8 clean install" you use the Windows install Disc "custom install" box selection to find the Tool to do this.
