Question I tried installing a software for my gpu

so I have a Radeon RX 580 graphics card and i tried downloading an amd software for it and now everything on my display looks distorted
like the colours are weird and it's blurry and even the resolution changed and idk how to turn it back to how it was before. I found a COM Surrogate in the task manager and i ended the task but nothing happened

i just searched up AMD Radeon RX 580 software, went on their website and installed the adrenaline version.
i uninstalled all the files i found that were titled AMD and now i tried to run a system restore but it tells me the drive might be corrupt
