[SOLVED] I tried overclocking my ram, and now it is not posting

I tried overclocking my corsair vengence 8gb ram by increasing the frequency by a little bit. I clicked save and reset, then the monitor shut off, keyboard, and mouse. the debug light came on in this order: CPU, Dram, Vga. then it stayed on VGA. I tried reseating the ram, didn't do anything. Any help is appreciated.

unplug the power, take the cmos battery or check the mobo manual for a bios reset switch

thank you, it worked. however the dram light is still on but everything is working.

was it on xmp profile before? need to turn it back on after resetting bios
