Your CPU AND MOTHERBOARD ARE Incompatible
You need a socket 1150 motherboard to run that Processor
or a third generation intel processor to run on that motherboard like the intel core i7 3570

-I dont know about your psu but i think its better to get a corsair,seasonic,XFX brand PSUs

if i change my CPU to Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K

and change PSU to CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

worth it????
