I tried to install an incompatible drive

I recently installed a new drive on my Graphics Card but didn't realize that it isn't compatible with my hardware. Now my desktop resolution is slightly smaller and i cannot launch games like Assasin's Creed Revelations and Subnautica. Help, please!

I don't want to embarrass myself, but the suggested drives are 100% surely compatible?

Select correct operating system version/architecture and choose Intel video driver download.
You can find, if your windows is 32bit or 64bit, in ControlPanel\System.
