I tried to install the new Nvidia driver for GeForce GTX 650 Ti but windows 10 stopped booting

Hi!
I have a computer with windows 10,
CPU: intel core i7, 64 bit
GPU:Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti.
It says that new Nvidia driver 362.00 for GPU is available.
Then I connencted to the site of nvidia,
and downloaded and installed the new driver 362.00.
After the installation, the windows 10 stopped booting.
So I deleted windows 10 and reinstalled it.
Now the windows 10 are running ok,
But I dont install the new Nvidia driver 362.00 because it causes problems to pc.
Why this driver is not optimized for windows 10?

Install the newest BETA , should be stable.

I'm running 391.61 which is also stable.
