[SOLVED] I tried to move my desktop from my C drive to my D drive and I now have 2 desktop files and most of the files don't show up

My C drive was getting full up, so I tried to move some applications over to my D drive, but it wasn't moving them properly. Then I tried to move my whole desktop over to my D drive, but it made some of the files not work (i tried to use 7 zip to open a jar file) and i now somehow have multiple desktops on my computer, but none of them show anything on my regular screen. I am on Windows 10

How, exactly, did you attempt to do this?

You can't simply copy/move system directories and expect it to work.
