Question I tried to reset my network on my PC, but it broke.

When my internet is slow or disconnecting, I tried to reset it but the wifi settings freeze and I close it and I click it but the menu doesn't pop up and I tried to reset the file manager on the task manager but it wont work again. I closed the task manager but the task manager stopped responding. I tried to open the control panel and go to Network and Sharing Center. It wont load and I go to settings it wont load either.

Not shutdown. Shutdown only puts it into deep sleep.

With the freezing it sounds like maybe your WiFi is having trouble staying connected. Is your laptop close to the WiFi router?

I have a desktop PC but every few minutes or seconds it's slowing or disconnecting.

Try connecting with an Ethernet cable. The WiFi adapter in your desktop might be starting to fail.
