I turn on PC and Bios settings boot up then i have to restart then windows 10 will boot up

So I just built a pc recently and just started having this issue. When I turn on my PC it will boot up bios then i must restart it and then windows 10 will boot up right after. I took it to a pc store and they told me one of the boot settings was [FORCE BIOS] and needs to be on [keep current] and it worked after that 3 times booting up but NOW my Bios settings wont save and keeps going to [force bios].

SPECS ARE: AMD RYZEN 7 2700X
geforce rtx 2080
SSD: SAMSUNG 970 EVO
HDD: SEAGATE BARRACUDA 2TB
ASUS ROG Strix X470-F Gaming Motherboard

No I have not... Can it be that i just purchased?

Would hope not but simple with respect to being able to eliminate a possible problem or problem source.

Very likely that the manufacturer's purchased the existing battery via the cheapest possible source/manufacturer.

Doubt that there was any meaningful QA (if any at all) on the supplied battery.
