1) Why use an unsupported version of office when you have Office 365? Just use Office 365.
2) In order to install 2007, you must first install .Net Framework 3.5 using the installer at the microsoft website, or using the Visual Studio Express 2010 installer if the other doesn't work.

That error message points to you trying to install a Service pack for Office 2007, not the actual Office 2007.
Since you don't have Office 2007 installed, it fails.

What precisely are you trying to install, and where did it come from?

I downloaded it online and apparently it seems i made a terrible mistake i guess i'll have to re install my previous office
