I just redid my system, upgraded to the Gigabyte AX370 motherboard, Corsair 16GB DDR4 ram, and AMD Ryzen 5 2600. I am using my old HDD, SSD, gpu & power supply. I have power but no video output when I turn it on. Any suggestions?
Other than clearing CMOS, initially, you may want to try video output from the integrated graphics on the motherboard. If that works, disable the integrated graphics controller in BIOS, then switch to the graphics card.

Plug monitor into the the display port as a test. If it works then go into bios and disable the integrated graphics as mentioned before. Then plug back into graphics card and retest
