Build Advice I updated my PCPartPicker list and would love some input ?

Hi, it's me back again, I have been passively thinking about building a PC for myself for quite a while already. I asked you all a while back about input and got some great feedback. So, first of, thanks a lot for that. In short: looking for a PC build for about 1000-1400€, not specifically a Gaming PC, more of an Alrounder.

Now I have changed some things around: I buffed the CPU up a notch to better fit the new RTX 4060 ti 8gb that was recommended (the RTX 4060 isn't on partpicker yet, that's why the video card slot is empty in the list.) Do you guys feel like these parts fit together or are some parts underspected?

Not sure what your budget is but you could consider the 13400 or 13500 if you want to save some cash. As far as gpu, honestly I’d consider taking a look at the amd rx 6700xt or 6750 xt as from what I’ve seen those seem to trade blows with the 4060ti and should run just over 300 in the USA. You could also look at the 16gb 6800xt for just over 500 if saving enough on the cpu.

Personally I already have a 6700xt and after the 4060ti numbers I think I’ll be keeping it.

the 4060ti 8gb is not a good choice for the latest 1080p games. i would suggest the 6750XT instead.

The 13600k with a locked B760 mobo vs a 13400 would not be that different. max 10 fps difference in cpu bound games.

I trimmed a few things here and there and got you DDR5 instead of DDR4 for about the same price.

The 13400 can get by just fine with the default cooler, It can, however, be very noisy. Any 120mm tower cooler is more than plenty to handle it, so I went with a less expensive model that runs fairly quietly.

the DDR5 motherboard has fewer features (nothing you'll miss though) for about the same price as the DDR4 board you had at first

I swapped out the NVME 3.0x4 SSD for an NVMe 4.0x4 drive of the same capacity, for a little bit less. AData is a very reliable brand of SSDs, and this has about 3x the peak throughput of the Samsung 970.

I also got a less expensive, but still reliable, power supply.

^ one of the reasons i chose the 970 plus is cuz it still offers very good performace at random read/writes. most of the SSD work would be random read writes. and the 970 performs almost as good as some of the top tier pcie 4.0 cards.

and 3500 mbps and 1500 mbps sequential read write speeds is still more than enough normal users XD
