Question i updated to the newest nvidia driver (461.40) my pc black screens every couple seconds

ryzen 5 3600xt
a520 aurous elite micro atx
oloy 2x8gb 3000mhz ram
1660 sc ultra (non ti)
256 ssd
6tb hdd
650watt power supply

i updated to the newest driver which was released on 1/26/21(461.40)
ive tried to rollback the drives- nothing
ive tried to use different windows installs on different diver-nothing
i dont have other parts to test it with
