Question I upgraded my hard drive, but now it's excruciatingly slow on boot-up.

I used instructions from EasyTechs on YouTube and I now have a working 1TB hard drive. My previous hard drive was 240GB. However, my previous 30 second boot-up is now an excruciating 2.5+ minutes. In File Explorer, it shows c drive and e drive. The c drive designates OS, but the e drive says ESP. I don't remember seeing that before. Any idea what's going on? Thanks for any help.

What kind of hard drive do you have? The ESP partition is some sort of back up partition Windows uses. Usually it disappears after a reboot, if not, you can remove it with disk management.

I have a Seagate SSD drive

I'm not sure but maybe your bios is the problem. It could be that it's still looking for your old hard drive when booting up. Check in your bios whether the startup order is correct, your new SSD should be on number 1.

If that doesn't work you could try to clear your cmos by removing your mobo's battery. Check some youtube videos, it's fairly easy.
