Question I use 1280x960 resolution and vertical pixels seem blurry

Whenever i want to play a game on 1280x960 verticall pixels seem blurry, mostly seen in games but what i also noticed is that on my monitor it says that it changed resolution to 1280x1024 even when my game is on 1280x960. On old gpu it didnt happen and when it died i had to get a replacement and its gtx 560 and only on it its happening so far and im pretty sure the reason is that on my monitor it says the game is on 1280x1024 while game is 1280x960 and still there are no black corners on any side of the monitor. I dont know how to fix this and its annoying me, can someone help?

What make/model monitor are you using?
What is native resolution for your monitor.

Any non-native resolution on LCD monitor will look blurry. Use native resolution.

I know its not the monitor because i didnt have the issue on old gpu it was amd radeon r9 380 4gb msi and now i have msi gtx 560 and maybe the virtual super resolution that i had on amd gpu was the reson because there is no that option on this gpu. But still
1.tesla 24mt600bf
2.1920x1080 for games i use 1280x960 because of performance and i had no issues on old gpu

Your theory is certainly plausible; the 380 is a significant more powerful GPU. It may have been making an awkward resolution more appealing; 1920x1080 and 1280x960 are different aspect ratios and that's usually going to look horrible without some sweetening from the GPU.

Normal, like i said i think the issue might have something to do with the fact that my monitor says that its on 1280x1024 and my game says its on 1280x960 and my game IS full screen and there are no black bars. I didnt have the issue on old gpu but i have now on this one and i dont know how do i make monitor run my game on1280x960 on this gpu because i think that if my montior changed the resolution to 1280x960 when i start the game the story couldve been differnet and normal
