I use my laptop without battery plucked in and sometimes I accidentally directly turn the switch off. What would be it's effect my laptop and what can I possibly do to solve the damage it might inflict?

You mean the switch in your wall that controls the outlet? Generally a laptop can handle an unexpected shutdown every now and then but if you're doing it repeatedly, you run the risk of damaging something. It's hard to say what exactly the damage could be (a lot of things can happen) so it's hard to say how it would be repaired. No matter what, if something does break you're going to look back and think "I should have bought a battery." Buy a battery. I was trying to help someone on a different forum recently who had a minor laptop problem but force-restarted it over and over about 20 times and now it's really damaged. It's not super common but it does happen.
