I using Asus 7770 and I want to upgrade it gtx 1070

my motherboard is Asus maximus vii ranger and my chip is i5 4690k and my ram is 8 GB and my graphic card is radon 7770 2gb edition and my psu is I ball 500 watt. I am planning to buy a gtx 1070.my question is do I need to upgrade my psu and ram for better performance and is my board is compatible for gtx 1070 plz suggest

I would change the PSU just to be safe, the rest of the system is good to go for an upgrade.
