First off a friendly reminder THIS IS YELLING AT PEOPLE i know you may not mean to do that but you may want watch that. Second have you tried the troubleshooter in windows. it can be found by right clicking on the network bars on the right of the task bar and clicking troubleshoot problems. it will list off any problems that it finds with your nic/network card. Next if it does not find anything or if it finds an error try pulling the cord out of the back of the router. That can also fix many network related problems.
