Alright so I'm building a gaming PC and the only part I'm certain about is the GTX 10603gb, and 8gbs Ram what other parts should I get that'll be compatible with it and also allow for further upgrading in the future? And at the same time under the budget of 650$

For $650 you can do better then a 1060 3gb.
