i wanna buy a new motherboard and cpu

Hi. Recently my motherboard passed away. Now i wanna buy a new one, plus a new cpu too. My other hardware is :
Graphic: ATI Radeon HD 5870 1gb ASUS
Ram: 1x8gb 1600MHZ Corsair
My old cpu is: Athlon 2 x4 635 (if you need to know)
Now if it's possible, suggest me some good motherboard and cpu. Plz tell models with price. Thanks.
