I wanna change my mobo

I want to change my motherboard. currently i have dg33fb running ddr2, core 2 quad Q6600 fsb 1066. i would like to upgrade to ddr3. what motherboard should i chose? budget $100
Any other suggestions are also welcome

Your old Intel board supports up to a 9550 cpu with the right bios file. I would ask yourself why you need to update an old motherboard. If it's just for overclocking, then you may not get your money's worth. DDR3 specs for 775 aren't that great performance wise. You may be better off applying your money to a complete upgrade cpu/ram/board or wait...
