i have bought a new PC and it is the system core i3 3.30 ram 4GB AMD radeon 5450 2GB the problem is i want to make the best use of my PC in playing modern games because most of the modern game work slowly even NFS most wanted in the best graphic setting please reply

Basically you need a new computer. You need to replace CPU and graphics cards. And need to increase RAM to at least 8GB.

And if it is a laptop, there is NO option to upgrade CPU/graphics.

From one review, the hd 5450 = intel hd3000, that is in the bottom. You may need at least the HD 7770 or up, that depends on your budget, check out the "Best Graphics Cards For The Money: January 2015" http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html Also you may need the new PSU too.

I almost forget do you have the i3 2120 3.3ghz? http://ark.intel.com/products/53426/Intel-Core-i3-2120-Processor-3M-Cache-3_30-GHz if yes, the cpu is fine. You need new GPU and PSU, depends on what PSU you had.
