I wanna play DayZ on my lenovo laptop!!

Hey, was wondering if anyone out there knew if there was any way I could run Day Z on my LenovoG580. I heard that the 505s was able to. But when I tried to play everything was enlarged and distorted. Is there any way I can get around getting a new graphics card is basically what I'm asking

Youll have to buy all new hardware, you cant upgrade the GPU in just about any laptop except for the higher end ones which doesnt sound like you own.
