I Wanna upgrade my preBuild gaming pc

hey i have a pre build gaming pc
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
Processor: 6th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-6400 Processor (2.70GHz 6MB)
and i wanted to upgrade the processor or the graphics card to gtx 1070 and was wondering if it is possible i don't know much about computers so please help me on this.
